HOW TO ENTER: Between Monday, 2/9/2026 at 12:00 AM CT and Thursday, 3/5/2026 at 9:01 PM CT, complete a sweepstakes entry form online at https://theshowmn.org. Fill in all required information. One entry per person is permitted. Entering more than the number of times permitted will void all entries and result in disqualification. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple names, email addresses, or other contact details in an attempt to circumvent the rules. ENTRY FORM: The online entry form may require you to make a “bet” on the winner of The Advertising Federation Minnesota’s 2026 Best of Show contest; any “bets” made as part of the entry are for entertainment purposes only and do not require you to pledge anything of value. Your eligibility to win a prize and your odds of winning a prize are not impacted by your “bet” or the results of the Best of Show contest. ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry. Employees of The Advertising Federation of Minnesota ("Sponsor"), Rise and Shine Partners ("Administrator"), or their affiliates, subsidiaries, and agents (collectively "Promotion Parties"), and members of employees’ immediate family or persons living in the same household, are ineligible. DRAWING: A random drawing will be conducted by Sponsor or Administrator on March 5, 2026 during The Show 2026 (the "Event") to select the winner from among all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. The potential winner will be announced in person at the Event and notified via email. The winner does not need to be in attendance at the Event to win. The winner must sign and return any required Declaration of Eligibility and Release within seven (7) days of the date notice is sent or such other date set by Sponsor. Failure to respond within the applicable time period will result in forfeiture of prize and Sponsor shall have the option to award the prize to an alternate winner. The return of any prize notification or prize as undeliverable may result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected. All federal, state, and local taxes resulting from acceptance of prize are the responsibility of winner. By entering this sweepstakes, entrant accepts and agrees to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and Administrator, which shall be final in all matters. Acceptance of a prize also constitutes permission to the Promotion Parties to use winner's name and biographical information for marketing purposes without further compensation or right of approval, unless prohibited by law. If, in the Sponsor’s opinion, there is such an error, or there is any suspected evidence of tampering with any portion of the sweepstakes, or if technical difficulties (including viruses and bugs) compromise the integrity of the sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify this sweepstakes in a manner deemed appropriate by the Sponsor. In the event of termination, winners will be selected from among all eligible entries received as of date of termination. In the event a dispute arises as to the identity of a potentially winning entrant, entries will be declared made by the name on the online entry form. PRIZE: One (1) assortment of gift cards for local Twin Cities businesses. Total prize value: $1500 USD. Sponsor may exercise its discretion in selecting the gift cards included in the prize package including which businesses are represented and the denomination of each gift card. All gift cards are subject to the terms and conditions imposed by the gift card issuer, including any expiration terms. Sponsor will not replace lost, damaged, stolen, or unused gift cards. Prize may not be transferred or substituted by winner or exchanged or redeemed for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. All prizes will be awarded. If a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor will award the applicable prize to an alternate winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries. Only three (3) alternate drawings will be held, after which the prize will remain un-awarded. All taxes resulting from acceptance of prize are the responsibility of winner. CHOICE OF LAW AND FORUM: Entrant agrees that all matters arising out of or relating to this sweepstakes and these Official Rules are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Minnesota. Entrant further agrees that any dispute arising out of or relating to this sweepstakes and these Official Rules shall be brought exclusively in the applicable federal or state courts located in Minnesota.
